The EMS XCEL EMT Prep Course introduces EMS terminology, anatomy, physiology, cardiology, & pulmonology concepts commonly used in EMT training. This online course helps students with EMS knowledge, readiness for EMT school, and to improve study strategies through videos, quizzes, assignments, and live Zoom sessions.

This course provides instructions on the primary factors affecting the start and spread of wildfire and recognition of potentially hazardous situations. This course is typically taught prior to NWCG-S-130. After registering, you will complete four modules via Vector Solutions to receive certification.

The intent of RT-130, Wildland Fire Safety Training Annual Refresher (WFSTAR) is to focus line-going personnel on operations and decision-making issues related to fireline safety in order to recognize and mitigate risk, maintain safe and effective practices, and reduce accidents and near misses.

Stay current on NFPA 470 Operations-level competencies for hazardous materials response. This 8-hour refresher is designed for responders who respond to HazMat incidents. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please contact us ASAP to receive login instructions to start your course.

Take the next step in your wildland firefighting career. S-131 prepares firefighters for Firefighter Type 1 (FFT1) responsibilities through leadership development, communications, tactical decision-making, and scenario-based exercises.
Prerequisites: S-130, S-190, and L-180.

EMS XCEL, powered by Vector Solutions, gives EMT's and Paramedics CEU's needed for recertification/refresher courses. Upon completion, EMT's and Paramedics will submit their certificate of completion to the NREMT or their LEMSA for recertification/refresher. Courses can be used nationwide!

The BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare professionals and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings, as well as individuals enrolled in a healthcare training program. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive an e-Card, valid for 2 years.

Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support, ACLS certification courses by the American Heart Association are for medical professionals that work with adult patients. You will need to contact us to confirm class date and time. (916) 995-1465, ems.xcel.ca@gmail.com

EMS XCEL will be offering an AHA ACLS, BLS, and PALS course at 5050 Business Center Dr, Fairfield, CA. (Fairfield Cordelia Library 8am-5p).
